Terms and conditions
- Peony Base SIA, registration No. 40203503824, legal address: Jaunsaules iela 3a-18, Riga, LV-1083 (hereinafter referred to as PeonyBase) and the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) ordering from the PeonyBase online shop available at https://peonybase.lv (hereinafter referred to as the Flower Shop) conclude this Agreement.
- The online activities of the Flower Shop are provided and maintained by PeonyBase.
- By placing an order at the Flower Shop, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read the Terms and Conditions of the Flower Shop and the main provisions available at https://peonybase.lv/pages/policy.
- The Buyer is entitled to receive the goods and services offered in the Flowers Shop after making prepayment for the relevant service or product. The description and price of each relevant product and service are listed in the product catalogue next to each product. All prices are inclusive of value added tax.
- The Buyer has the possibility to pay for the goods or services by choosing one of the remote payment methods offered by the Flower Shop.
- Payment for goods and/or services implies the fact of ordering the service and the Buyer's irrevocable consent to the Rules.
- After payment for the service, the Buyer is deemed to have entered into a contract with PeonyBase defining the bilateral obligations and other duties.
- The Buyer has the right to return the goods to PeonyBase within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without providing an explanation of the reason for the cancellation. Used, damaged and not in its original packaging as well as goods with damaged packaging and labelling cannot be returned. The realisation of the right of refusal of goods and the return of goods is carried out in accordance with the following legal acts:
- "Consumer Rights Protection Law" ("Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likums");
- Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 207 of 28 May 2002 "On Distance Contracts" ("Noteikumi par distances līgumu"). - Cut flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements and indoor plants are non-returnable Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 207 15.3.
- PeonyBase has the right to unilaterally terminate the order and refund the full price of the goods to the buyer if PeonyBase is unable to fulfil the order due to circumstances beyond its control.(For example, the ordered goods are unavailable for more than 30 days or the season of production has ended).
- If the customer refuses delivery before the bouquet of flowers is made and writes a request to info@peonybase.lv, PeonyBase will refund the money within 7 working days from the date of the request to the bank account specified by the customer.
- PeonyBase will not refund the delivery fee to the customer and will pay the full price of the order in the following cases:
12.1. If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery (flowers or floral bouquets);
12.2. If the recipient has left the city and/or state and is not at the address indicated by the customer within 24 hours after the expiry of the delivery period indicated by the customer;
12.3. If the recipient is not at the address indicated by the customer and is not available for communication by e-mail or telephone.
- If the recipient is not at the address specified by the customer and the delivery of the order must be made to another address (unless the delivery address of the order has been changed by no more than 2 kilometres from the originally specified delivery address of the order);
- If the recipient is not at the address specified by the customer at the time specified by the customer, and delivery of the order should be made at another time (unless the delivery time is specified within 1 hour).
FLOWER SHOP
PeonyBase online shop is a public domain website for the purchase of flowers, gifts and other goods and services on the Internet. The flower shop can be accessed at https://peonybase.lv.
FLOWER SHOP MANAGEMENT
Peony Base SIA, registration No. 40203503824, fulfils the duties of the website manager and provider of the services offered by the shop. The rules, conditions and restrictions applicable to the use of the offered services, as well as sanctions in case of non-compliance with these rules are binding for all users and visitors of the website, as well as for the recipients of the services.
Intellectual property
The content of this site is the intellectual property of PeonyBase and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without the written permission of PeonyBase.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Flower Shop guarantees the processing, storage and non-disclosure of the obtained personal data to third parties in accordance with the requirements established by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and legal regulations.
The e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and postal addresses of website visitors and customers received at the time of order acceptance will be used only for communication with the customer and the recipient of the goods and/or services in order to ensure the quality of order fulfilment.
Peony Base SIA does not accumulate payment card data. Customers of Peony Base SIA online shop are connected to an electronic bank or electronic payment card system and the data is taken to the bank's page, therefore this information is not available to Peony Base SIA.
DISPUTES AND CLAIMS
All disputes, disagreements and claims shall be resolved through bilateral negotiations by submitting a written complaint/claim within 24 hours after receipt of the order, which shall be resolved within 10 (ten) working days after receipt of the complaint/claim. The complaint/claim must be submitted in writing.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it shall be considered by a court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the procedure prescribed by laws and legal acts.
TERMS OF ORDER DELIVERY:
Flowers delivery in Riga is carried out on weekdays and weekends.
Orders must be placed between 9:00 and 16:00.
Order fulfilment time in Riga 5-6 hours after payment of the order.
In order for flowers to be delivered on public holidays, the order must be placed in advance.
St. Valentines, 8th March, Christmas and New Year orders please order 1-3 days before the delivery date.

Please carefully check that your postal address, including your telephone number, is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for late delivery or non-delivery due to incorrect address.

We do not repeat similar compositions, but we promise that we will try to make our bouquets after the photo and they will be as stylish and beautiful.
